Adele Jang

Adele Jang is a healthcare provider at The Mend at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in downtown Vancouver. Originally from South Korea and fluent in both Korean and English, Adele brings a unique perspective to her practice, having transitioned from a career in graphic design to pursue massage therapy out of a desire to help people more directly through hands-on care. At The Mend at VCMT, Adele provides several levels of therapeutic massage services, including intermediate massage focused on relaxation and general wellbeing ($35), advanced massage targeting specific conditions and injuries ($45), and specialized pregnancy massage ($25). Each 75-minute session includes thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and home care education under direct supervision of licensed Registered Massage Therapists. Her treatments are eligible for extended health insurance coverage, though not covered by MSP or ICBC. Outside of her practice, Adele maintains an active lifestyle through climbing and dancing, while continuing to express her creative side through art. She values the collaborative learning environment at VCMT, where she works alongside fellow students in providing quality, affordable massage therapy care to the Vancouver community.
