Insurance & Billing

With your ICBC claim number, our clinic will bill ICBC directly for your treatment and they will cover the bulk of the fee. Your first ICBC assessment will be covered by ICBC, a $10 user fee will be charged on each subsequent visit thereafter. If your recovery requires additional treatment, your health care provider will submit a treatment plan to your ICBC support and recovery specialist. Additional treatment sessions will be provided based on your level of improvement. If your accident occurred past the 12 weeks that ICBC allows for submission, your claim will need to be verified with an ICBC claim recovery specialist before beginning any treatment. ICBC will ask for a new doctor’s note before they authorize further treatment.
