Viva Care Medical Clinic - Delta

As someone who typically only leaves positive reviews, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at the Viva Care Delta Clinic. Having been a patient at this clinic for many years, I've unfortunately encountered unpleasant interactions with the front desk staff on numerous occasions. However, this recent encounter with the current receptionist was by far the most unacceptable. During my interaction today, the receptionist displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and basic manners. Her demeanor was consistently rude, marked by an aggressive tone that was both unwarranted and off-putting. She repeatedly placed me on hold without explanation, leading to disconnections and further frustration. Furthermore, she demonstrated a clear disregard for patient concerns by failing to listen to my inquiries attentively and instead interrupting me to yell at me. While I acknowledge the expertise of the clinic's doctors, it's disheartening that such excellent medical care is overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior of the front desk staff. It's imperative that management takes swift action to address these issues, as every patient deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially during times of vulnerability when seeking medical attention. I intentionally left out the receptionists name out of respect as my aim is not to jeopardize her position but I sincerely hope this review serves as constructive feedback, prompting necessary improvements in staff professionalism and customer service standards at the clinic.

A horrible horrible clinic. Years of extremely rude and dismissive behaviour from the front desk staff but none of that is comparable to the utter lack of competency, care and professionalism from Dr Saroj Kumar. She has treated me so poorly and actually contributed to my health condition worsening. Honestly, this place is a risk to public health.

I would like to take this time to “Thank you” Dr. Brar and her receptionist Narinder for their dedication and excellent care for their patients. Dr. Brar is been looking after my family for past 13 years and has never failed remembering my family’s routine tests/follow ups. She takes the time to call us to let us know of our every tests results and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care. Narinder on the other hand never misses to call us back if we missed a call which is very rare in such a busy setting. She is very polite, kind and caring. She is excellent at her job and deserves our deepest thank you. 🙏🏼 we appreciate all you do.

This is totally wow, i was at clinic during this time today when this person was on call i believe so, i clearly heard that patient raise her voice on girl but receptionist girl was so calm during over the phone. I think so this is totally wrong and unbelievable how the patients are treating the receptionist. Even she was offering service to that patient . I visited as walk-In patient approximately at the closing time. And that receptionist girl deals with me very nicely and with smiling face. She helped me a lot with everything whatever she can do. I totally appreciate her patience level even just before attending me she having very bad experience over the phone.

The name of this centre says viva care and the people working here say otherwise. Sandy told me viva care has nothing to do with them. I asked for the customer service number for Telehealth viva care first she told me she does not know the number. Then she gave me a random number which was not for Viva care. I would recommend a better training for employees to be able to help people over the phone in case we have questions about viva care in general. And please come up with a better answer then i don’t know.
