Before going to Vernon Active Health I was broken and In shambles. The staff are phenomenal, front to back. Recovering from an ACL surgery and toe sprain was simply unpleasant, but the support and guidance from Amanda Vallance, Noah de Balinhard, and Braden Wilson helped to restore confidence and normalcy to my life. Amanda was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and gave me exercises to further my recovery. Heard that shock therapy was painful but it was very manageable.

Riley is fantastic. He’s amazing with my son, who plays high-intensity sports, and he’s not just a PT, he’s a teacher. He explains everything clearly, follows up with clear emails outlining exactly what to work on and next steps, and was very flexible with scheduling when my son was injured. Highly recommend him to any athlete or family looking for knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring PT care.
