I was so nervous to start the entire physio experience, especially while working with pain, but the entire staff, which you get to know just by being at Treloar, is understanding, sympathetic, caring, very accurate and medically educated. My physio encourages me to set goals and achieve them, and there was even a time when we decided to make my sessions more challenging, but after about a month he could tell that it was too much for me, and he very professionally got me back to my original program. My physio wants to hear how I am doing so he can continue to perform the most effective sessions possible. I highly recommend Treloar for everyone and all of our different physio needs."

My treatment here has always been beneficial and thoughtful, despite having some fairly unusual injuries. The physios listen to the practical realities of my day-to-day when formulating any recovery plans, with at home exercises/stretches that are achievable and fit within my schedule. "I fully tore my Achilles Tendon a few months ago and I went the non-surgical route (hard cast then air-cast) for healing. I am writing this because after three months of Physio I met with my Orthopedic Surgeon and he said my healing is incredibly successful and he’s amazed by the progress. "I went to Treloar after being diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my shoulders. I was in constant pain and my range of motion was so limited that I could barely raise my arms, lift even light objects or reach for items on a high shelf. After a few sessions with Steve my range of motion increased considerably. I am able to lift reasonably heavy objects and can reach high shelves with relative ease. In addition to my great satisfaction with Steve, my physiotherapist, I have found the front office staff to be very efficient and exceptionally friendly."

"I highly recommend Treloar Physiotherapy and its staff. I have been doing physio at Treloar for vestibular rehabilitation (balance) to treat vertigo-like symptoms with Teryn since January, 2020. We work on improving strength and fitness too. Since working with Teryn my vertigo-like symptoms have significantly improved as well as my quality of life. Presently she is preparing me for knee replacement surgery. The exercises she provides are enjoyable and serve multiple purposes so that I don’t have to spend my entire day exercising. Teryn is an exceptional listener and instinctively knows when to challenge and when to revise. She is highly creative and has designed line dances for me which incorporate fitness and balance moves. I enjoy the dances immensely and do them daily along with a set of my regular physio exercises.
