The Movement Mechanic

I have been doing nutrition coaching with Carlee for the last 3 months and she is the best! She taught me how to properly structure my meals in a way that is sustainable for me. I have had an amazing transformation with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and nutrition!

Unfortunately based on the poor communication practices and little to no client-care, I would not recommend this clinic. In response to the business managers reply- this review is not based on their cancellation policy which is very reasonable but the lack of communication. In general, my experience with other clinics have just been a lot more pleasant, organized and communicative. In opposition to what the comment applies, I don’t normally leave reviews (I have 5 total?) and only leave them when my experiences are either really great, or really poor. This was a very poor experience all around.

As Dr. Carlee told my daughter, she’s basically a detective. Her process to determine the cause of injury/discomfort is exceptionally thorough, and she then provides a very detailed plan of action for recovery. All members of my family have seen her and had the same, wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve found all the practitioners at movement mechanics to be exceptional. I have seen Mitch for a shoulder injury and Sarah B and Hailey for massage. All 3 have been attentive to my injuries and have provided effective treatment to get me back on track. Would highly recommend seeing any of them!

This clinic has the most caring and professional employees. The two clerks I spoke with trying to get aid for my husband were both very kind and helpful. The Physiotherapist Domenic, went above and beyond assisting my husband with severe sciatica. I can't thank Domenic enough for his expertise and compassion with giving him the relief he so needed! Thank-you also to their Osteopath, Alexa for her skill set. I highly recommend this clinic.
