Treatments at the Mend are not eligible for private health insurance coverage. Receiving a student massage when there is an open claim may result in complications or the dismissal of your claim. For this reason, our students are not able to treat patients with open ICBC or WCB claims without your express, informed and written consent. Patients with open ICBC/WCB claims must sign a waiver acknowledging that receiving treatment could put their claim in jeopardy.
