Valerie was amazing - warm, welcoming, soothing. The space was instantly relaxing and the intention was set before you even got onto the table. Highly recommend reflexology with her. Deeply grounding and brought ‘fresh energy’ as she called it. Absolutely lovely.

Fabulous therapist! I have multiple, complex issues and Alyssa has been exceptionally skilled in finding the root cause, working around injuries and getting some relief form pain and return to my normal motion. Very knowledgeable, understanding and tenacious. All in all an exceptional therapist!

Kelsey is amazing! Really cares about where your pain is coming from and targets that. Checks in on you throughout the appointment to make sure you are comfortable. Would highly recommend. My back pain is considerably less since seeing her!

I had dental work done over two weeks ago and for the first time in my life experienced dysfunction in my TMJ. I read online that sometimes intra oral massage can be extremely helpful. Although skeptical I made an appointment with Daniela. Immediately after I was able to yawn without pain for the first time in weeks. Open my mouth wider, and eat properly. Although Im not back to normal I seriously can't believe my improvement after just one session. I didn't realize how much my pain was effecting my quality of life. Im so so grateful and happy with my results. It's a weird thing to have someone rummaging around in your mouth but Daniela was extremely professional, walked me through it and somehow was able to keep me relaxed. 10/10 will be returning. Make sure you book the tmj/buccal massage if you're suffering with jaw pain!

As someone who has a hard time relaxing, I'm honestly amazed at how calm I feel with Daniela. Her buccal massage and facial therapy is something special. I've read that facial massage can be especially effective at releasing stress because of all the nerve endings in your face, and I definitely feel that with this treatment. I leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and relaxed. Nothing quite calms me like this. I've been a couple times already and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. She creates such a safe, welcoming space that even I can finally unwind (and that's saying a lot). This place is a gem in Kamloops that I can't recommend enough.
