For extended health coverage, we will directly bill insurance company (If they allow) and if your coverage is not 100%, you just pay the difference. No referral is required for physiotherapy treatment. However, if you are on an ICBC claim, You may need to get referral if accident is more than 90 days ago. Extended health coverage patients should contact their insurance company to check the details of their extended health benefits as some plans may require a physician's referral in order to get treatment costs reimburse.
