In this case, we can submit your claim to your insurance provider, but until confirmation of coverage, you will be responsible for paying the full balance of your treatment. Once your insurance provider confirms your coverage, we will call you and issue a refund over the phone. Refunds can be credited to a Visa or Mastercard but not debit cards. We do WorkSafe claims for Physiotherapy ONLY.

Royal Treatment Therapeutics offers a one-on-one treatment approach. During your uninterrupted 30 or 60-minute session, you will receive the full and undivided attention of your physiotherapist. This type of personalized treatment allows your physiotherapist to create a tailored and all-inclusive treatment plan based on your specific goals. It also results in more productive treatment sessions with plenty of time for supervised exercise and manual techniques. Patient education is another important aspect as our physiotherapists believe knowledge is empowering.
