I have been coming to see Paul for several injuries over the years prior to the opening of Riverwood Physiotherapy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Paul has always taken his time and been extremely thorough to ensure that I recover to the best of my ability, while also prioritizing my safety and listening to me and my body's needs. He even set me up with an app giving me access to a rehab-program catered specifically to my injury, including different exercises, reminders and a place to keep notes on my injury's progress. Paul also goes above and beyond by following up with me and sending additional exercises and links to offer more support outside of my appointment times, which shows how much time, effort and care he puts into his patients. An excellent and knowledgeable physiotherapist, and a beautiful space equipped with tons of resources, equipment and anything else you may need. I would 100% recommend Paul and this practice to anyone in need of a great physio! Thanks so much Paul!

Paul was awesome! Super friendly and really knows what he’s doing. He helped me understand what was going on and gave me exercises that actually worked. The clinic is clean and everyone there is nice and helpful. I’m already feeling a lot better. Definitely recommend Riverwood Physio

Kirsten has been great with helping me get back to normal. From assisting me with recovery from pain related to whiplash from a motor vehicle accidents and recovery from sports injuries, she tailored treatments to ensure I was back to 100%. Through IMS treatments, I was finally able to play sports without pain for the first time in a very long time. I would highly recommend her.
