Had my first treatment with Colin after a referral from another local professional and I have to say I was very impressed. Told him what my trouble spots were, gave some context into my lifestyle and he went to work professionally on them. Gave me some good ideas for my gym training regiment, and had great bedside manner. Wonderful practitioner . Will be seeing him again for sure.

Pam’s experience and professionalism is outstanding. She really knows her calling. I was so fortunate to have been referred to her and had my hands assessed, measured and a brace made all in one appointment for Osteoarthritis. Exercises given and feel confident going forward. Always a pleasure going there. James D. may have been a great hockey player but he’s an even better physiotherapist! Takes the time to understand his patients, which is in alignment with all the staff at Progression as everyone has been super kind and treats me & others with respect & kindness, and I’ve never once felt like “just a number”.
