Jonathan Lui was my massage therapist, and Sam helped me out with exercise techniques. Both gentlemen are pleasant, courteous and respectful. Jonathan was very informative about what he was going to do and why he was going to do it, before doing anything. 10/10, highly recommend.

Derrick Young is professional, attentive and kind. His high level of knowledge and expertise combined with his manner and ability to ‘meet you where you are’ sets him aside from any other practitioner I have worked with.

I came here after a car crash to help with rehab for 4 months. Jonathan was excellent in diagnosing and providing the expert care I needed. He was thorough and explained exactly what he was doing through each treatment. After the treatment, I was provided the exact exercises I needed to help relieve my issues from Brandon. He was very clear in his directions for each exercise to make sure I was targeting the correct muscles. Both Brandon and Jonathan are very friendly and I recommend them both for their care and attentiveness during this time.

I had an appointment with Derrick Young who was the only available physiotherapist at that time in October. The first time he was 5 minutes later and I paid 100 for 25 minutes and the second time he was late again I paid 100 for only 20 minutes treatment time and he even never gave me any exercise to do at home. It’s very disappointing and waste my money!

After my car accident, I was left without a car and had to depend entirely on public transit. The location of Burquitlam Physiotherapy made an enormous difference in my recovery. It is an easy walk to the Burquitlam SkyTrain Station, with convenient access to both the Millennium and Expo Lines. That level of accessibility was essential to me after my car was damaged, in the shop. The clinic itself is warm and welcoming. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. Justin has been most friendly even I forgot his name every time. Dr. Derrick Young is exceptionally experienced and attentive. He listens carefully, works with precision, and pays close attention to detail. His guidance and treatment were instrumental in my recovery from a concussion and significant hip issues. I felt heard, understood, and thoughtfully guided. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone seeking skilled and compassionate physiotherapy, especially if accessibility by transit matters.
