LOGAN BROMM really helped me after I had a vehicular crash. He was professional, caring and compassionate, and really strong in his knowledge of HOW to help me. I was in so much pain. But he helped me lay down on the table, GENTLY did something to my neck, and I felt something like a 'pop' or 'click' in my neck. And it immediately reduced the pain by at least 25%! I strongly recommend seeing Logan if you need help! It's now been a couple of months later, and Logan continues to work on my body and is really helping me get through this body trauma. SANDEEP NAUR is AMAZING!!! She's such a tiny person but has the strength of 10 people in her hands!!! She's fixed big knots of pain in one session that even my massage therapist (RMT) couldn't fix.

I had a recent physio breathing assessment with Jessica. She was very kind, professional, & knowledgeable in her field. I was met with clear instructions, great recommendations for treatment, & an overall friendly & approachable demeanour. I would definitely recommend booking with her.

I love the way the team at Skaha works so collaboratively! After a high impact mva, I have multiple therapists helping me, all approaching the same injury but with different expertise and modalities. I am as impressed as I am grateful.

Just had a massage with Jake. Easily the best massage I’ve ever had- and I’m hard to impress :p. Really listened to what I was looking for, very professional, excellent pressure and great calm experience. Whole body feels properly reset. Clean environment. 10/10 will return!

The entire team is professional and knowledgeable, but I have to give special mention to the front desk staff “Charlene and Ruchi” they both are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and efficient service. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had.
