Chris asks the right questions to determine the best treatment for my injuries and offers homework exercises. I’ve been dealing with chronic shoulder and neck pain for a long time. Although I had tried physiotherapy elsewhere for some time, the discomfort never fully went away. However, after receiving dry needling/IMS treatment from Sofy, I felt my entire shoulder and neck area completely relax. I am a bit tardy getting this review done. Trevor Reid was excellent in starting me on the road to recovery from a fractured wrist. I was given appropriate exercises with guidance and support to go along with them. Trevor made the early days of recovery much more tolerable! I also saw Chris once and he was very helpful. I would definitely go to this Clinic again.

If you’re experiencing any pain/dysfunction, I HIGHLY recommend exploring pelvic floor therapy with Sophy! Within 3 months I’ve had a huge improvement of symptoms, as well as just feeling so heard, validated, and supported. You deserve to feel better!

I've been seeing Chris for physio on and off over the past few years and couldn't recommend him more highly.
