Sure! Here's the updated version: I had a great experience at the Novomed Clinic. The physiotherapists and kinesiologists there are very skilled. I wanted to give a special thanks to Ms. Forooz, who helped me a lot, especially since I had an injury in my shoulder and arm. Mr. Ali Reza was very helpful as well. Additionally, Ms. Sooroor, the massage therapist, is very professional in her work, and I'm very grateful to her as well. The staff at this center are very professional, and I'm really happy that I received help here to improve.

Actually, this medical clinic is highly recommended by a coworker. And oh boy, the physiotherapist ( Faezeh) thorough physical assessment is personalized and based on specific, individual approach indeed. Every visit, treatment is different. Equipment is top notch and modern. Individual treatment room is sanitize and cleanse appropriately. Kudos to ( Alireza) - kinesiologist, who helped me recover and improved my lower back pain problem. Now, I’m pain -free. He understands the importance of a gradual , focused muscle exercises , enhancing good posture with optimum results. Equally impressive medical treatments are offered with satisfactory outcome. YOU feel so welcome like family. They (staff) maintained a friendly, respectful atmosphere with utmost professionalism. Faezeh is amazing! I’ve never been for physio before in my life and needed to seek treatment for a foot and shoulder injury. I figured I would try NovoMeds as it’s close to my house. Front staff are super friendly and helpful. She explained about my injuries, treatment plan, and is very thorough. Based on my foot injury she advised me to get a new orthotics evaluation and I discovered an issue I’ve had my whole and no one has ever recognized. Treatment has really helped with my recovery. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

This was my third time seeing Faezeh for physiotherapy, and I absolutely love her! She helped relieve my neck pain, and I 100% recommend her. The clinic is also very pet-friendly, which I really appreciated—I didn’t have anyone to leave my puppy with, but I was able to bring him along. He stayed calm in his crate in the room. Everything was super clean and they have modern equipment. The receptionist Rosy is so sweet, and I love how attentive the whole team is. While you wait for your appointment, they treat you with snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!
