Lougheed Wellness Centre

I have been extremely pleased with and highly recommend the Lougheed Wellness Center for their professional and knowledgeable therapists. Jon listened attentively to my concerns and tailored the massage to meet my specific needs. He was professional and clear, but also easygoing and friendly. He gave me exercises to do at home to help further relieve my symptoms. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, and with a better understanding of my issues and how to get better.

A couple of months ago I was looking for a new chiropractor and choose this clinic based on its location and positive reviews. I’ve had a few sessions with Nathan and do not regret my decision. I was suffering from a lot of strain on my upper back area as well as lower calf/ankle areas. My treatment plan was a combination of manual adjustments, soft tissue manipulations, and at-home exercise routines. The treatments have really helped and I really appreciated learning about the ways I can help relieve some of the strain myself through take-home exercise. If you’re looking for a new chiropractor, I highly recommend Nathan. He takes his time to explain everything and he makes sure to address any concerns you have during the session. I don’t feel rushed which is always a great plus.

Karl and the staff at the Lougheed Wellness Centre was extremely professional and courteous even though I was running late a couple minutes for my appointment. Karl was very attentive to my needs and my concerns with what I was experiencing after my first run in a while. Aside from the massage, we discussed what stretches would be beneficial towards my recovery and highlighted what "pre-run" routines I can do to warm up better. I definitely would recommend Karl and will be back!

We've been seeing Nathan for chiropractic care over a year now and he truly takes time and care to listen to your health concerns. He is very professional and even teaches you stretches to do at home. We have seen many different chiropractors in the past and Nathan is the first whom genuinely does not try to rush your appointment. Highly recommend seeing Nathan for your treatments!
