James took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatment perfectly to what my body needed. His technique, pressure, and overall approach were outstanding. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and free of tension. James is one of the best RMTs I’ve seen, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective, thoughtful, and high-quality care.

I went to Lifetime wellness clinic to get RMT and I had a great experience with James. He is very knowledgeable about physical therapy and took great care of my body. He explained the root causes of my pain in a way that was easy to understand, and he paid attention to even the smallest details throughout the session. After the massage, he showed me specific stretches that would help with my condition, which I found extremely helpful. During our conversation, he also pointed out daily habits and movements I should avoid so my body doesn’t take on unnecessary strain. Overall, I felt very supported and learned a lot from him. I highly recommend him.

I found this physio/rmt wellness clinic while browsing for an RMT to help with my ankle and foot pain, which I initially assumed was plantar fasciitis. What a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt welcoming and professional—and the receptionist was so kind and sweet, which immediately made the experience even better. James Kim is truly the best. He is incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. After just a few sessions, he correctly identified and helped relieve my tarsal tunnel syndrome pain. Thanks to his treatment, I’m back to running again—something I didn’t think would be possible so soon. I honestly couldn’t thank him enough. I almost want to gatekeep him so his schedule doesn’t get booked up too fast… but his magic is too good not to share! James goes above and beyond, and I fully trust him with my care. I’ll definitely continue going back to him for my regular RMT sessions, especially for my back and head. I am so glad I came across this RMT clinic while researching options in the area! I've had a few sessions with James Kim and every visit has been an amazing experience. Not only did I felt better after each session, but I also gained much deeper understanding of what was actually causing my pain. James is incredibly attentive and really takes time to listen to my concerns. He patiently explains things in a way that is easier to understand and even uses a spine model to help visualize the issue. I've been struggling with shoulder and neck pain for many years and usually been treated for the symptoms, so finally learning the root cause was truly eye opening. James also recommends helpful stretches to do at home so I can continue improving between sessions. The receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better! Overall, I really appreciate how much care James puts into both the treatment itself and educating his patients. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring and effective treatment!

I've been having lower back pain upon waking up in the morning since November 2019. I had xrays return normal and my family doctor couldnt exactly figure out what was causing it. I never thought to seek rmt massage for a solution. Anyhow, last December I found Lifetime wellness through Google and thought Id give it a try just for shoulder and neck massage. I booked a session with James. During my first session, he explained his findings regarding my spine and the adjustment and massage he was going to perform to address the issue. It's now February and I have not felt pain in my back. He constantly checked in during the sessions and offered helpful stretches for me to do at home. I'm very glad to have found his practice and will keep returning. The receptionist is also very friendly and sweet.
