Please bring the following: • Doctor’s referral (if you have one) • Personal Health Care Card Number • List of current medications • ICBC: Bring your claim number and adjuster’s name • WorkSafeBC: Bring your claim number Wear comfortable clothing (shorts for lower body injuries)

Facility Details

Parking

At our Coquitlam location, parking is available on the surrounding streets. At our Lougheed location, paid parking is available in the underground parking lot by PriceSmart Foods or free parking is available for up to 4 hours at the adjacent mall parking lot. At our New Westminster location, parking is available at the New Westminster SkyTrain Station and surrounding streets. At our North Burnaby location, free parking is available in the Kensington Square Shopping Centre. At our Richmond location, free parking is available to the rear of the building.
