Don't believe reviewers that post as 'ABC XYZ' - an obvious rant from a self-entitled person that thinks they have to be treated like royalty. My wife got her treatment here last week and the receptionist that had a different coloured hair (NOT RED FOR SURE) was excellent and was very helpful from booking, to payment, to scheduling a follow up. Props to the PT as well - Tiffany was very professional, thorough in her diagnosis and gave some of the best treatments to my wife compared to all of her experience in working with PTs in the past. The facility was clean and nice with more than adequate space to accommodate a variety of treatments. Overall an awesome experience and I'd highly recommend that you book here.. unless you're hiding behind the alphabet to make reviews

Lansdowne Physiotherapy Clinic in Richmond -All staff are so nice, especially Gina. The reason why we go there in the first place is because we need to be taken care of. We tend to be impatient, as we need treatment for our condition (we want to get better fast)and little things starts becoming a big deal. Let the Physiotherapists do their job, as you will be well looked after!! I personally have had fantastic sessions at Lansdowne Physiotherapy Clinic and there has been insignificant improvement in my experience. Everything takes a bit of time to get back to close to normal. Thumbs up!!

Had a really bad experience with the clinic recently. My wife did one session with the clinic on November 30, 2022, and gave the front desk my insurance card. My insurance company paid 100% for the treatment, but the front desk insisted it was not covered by the insurance, so my wife paid $100 with her own credit card. When submitting the claim to my insurance company on the same night, we realized the the clinic had submitted the claim to the insurance company and it has been processed. We called the clinic the following day, and were told by the clinic that the front desk had mistakenly double charged us, and they would refund the charge right away. But after a few days, nothing happened. 7 days later, my wife went to the clinic in person after work, and left a copy of her invoice with the clinic. Again, she was assured the matter would be taken care of soon. Still nothing happened. 9 days later, I called the clinic, and was told they were aware of the mistake, and would inform the manager to refund the charge. Again, nothing happened. Today is December 13, it has been nearly 2 weeks now, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Very bad experience. This clinic ruined me. I came to help with my left knee, instead they damaged my RIGHT knee and leg. Submitted complain to CHCPBC. I had four sessions, after each session felt only worst. My right knee never was painful before. Painful massage made my right leg quadriceps and gluteal muscles spasmed. Both knees inflamed. I woke up every night because my knees were hot and burning. I had to use cane and could not able to go even for small walk. Now I use diclofenac gel, tried aleve, but had a heart pain. I cancelled my next appointment chousing option: 'I was unsatisfied with my last appointment'. Nobody even called me back to find what happened to me. I wish, I've never come to this clinic. I go to different physio now hoping to reverse damage, if it is possible.
