Had a massage with Carly this afternoon. Very knowledgeable and felt like I was walking on air after I left. Definitely returning. Clean and organized operation. Yesterday I had my first appointment with a Chiropractor from Kinetic energy named Roy. He was very informative and I learned a lot about my body that I didn't know! I also wanted to give a 5 star to my massage therapist Bryson. He is very good at his job and I always feel very relaxed after our visit. All and all I have been very impressed with Kinetic energy as a business !

My fiancé and myself have been to the awesome Chiropractor here on several occasions and have had nothing but a professional, pleasant and effective experience. This clinic is not a traditional "Medical Walk in Clinic" but it is a great clinic of health professionals that are doing an amazing job to make peoples health and lives better. The front staff are nothing but pleasant and helpful. I really don't understand the bad reviews on here. I have nothing but good experiences here and I encourage anyone who requires these services to ignore the bad reviews and see for yourself!

Initial phone call and making an appointment was relatively painless and made me hopeful for a smooth appointment. The day off the appointment I arrived 5 minutes early, verified location and waited in my car till the appointment. I expected a call as all doctors are doing during covid. Waited a few more minutes and started calling to verify my appointment time. I kept calling standing in front of the door and had the pleasure of watching them ignore me, an absolute delight. Eventually another person was let in and I was able to ask him if someone could talk to me. A couple minutes later I was told it was my own fault, gee thank you! Question, what is the point in having a phone when two people sitting there can’t answer it. Is this special skill set no longer taught?

Kinetic has never failed me once. I’ve had to go here on occasion for prescription refills, I needed physiotherapy through WCB almost two years ago, and this clinic was amazing, then recently I had to get forms filled for a job and they helped me out within 24 hours. They exceed all expectations. Very impressed! 😊
