My partner and I both see therapists here. I personally see Michaels Hills and have been completely blown away by what he's been able to help me with. I have patella femoral syndrome, and he has gotten my knee back to a point where I can walk and use the stairs without pain. His combination of gentle hands on bodywork, and suggested stretches and exercises has helped put me on a path to feeling like a new human. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs some help getting moving again. He is kind, warm and above all professional. Kamloops is lucky to have such a gem!

Michael was a real professional! He has deep knowledge of the human body and its related tissues and how they interact with each other . He was friendly, caring and strong. If you want real results , I highly recommend him.

I came to see Veronica as I had put my neck out! I’m not currently living in Kamloops so I wasn’t sure who to see but I knew I needed a RMT! I googled several places and was most impressed with Kamloops optimal Health!! For this visit I chose Veronica, I highly recommend her! She was very welcoming and as I had filled out all the information online she was able to start almost immediately! She was very professional and check with me throughout my visit!
