Insurance & Billing
All of our services are generally covered by all health insurance plans. We directly bill insurance providers for your convenience. For direct billing, please present your policy and member ID number at your initial appointment. Don't hesitate to call and inquire about your specific plan. The cost of treatment with us is fully covered for WorksafeBC patients, ensuring you have no out-of-pocket expenses. We offer a comprehensive range of ICBC-approved healthcare services and directly bill your treatment expenses to ICBC. Eligible MSP patients can use up to 10 visits annually, which can be distributed across services like physiotherapy, massage, and others as needed. For each eligible appointment, a discounted patient fee ranging from $27-45 (depending on the service) will be applicable, with MSP coverage taking care of the rest.
