Patient Information
Upon arrival, patients are greeted, complete intake paperwork, meet with chiropractors for a consultation to discuss health history, current well-being, and health goals. This is followed by a non-invasive physical examination including a digital posture assessment, COREscore™ report, and heart rate variability (HRV) test. A report of findings is reviewed, and an individualized chiropractic adjustment is performed.
