I came here with my friend after a long day at work. It was my first time ever getting a foot massage and the experience was amazing. The staff is so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. The two ladies who did our feet massage were the loveliest. All of them look so hardworking and even though we came an hour before closing they didn’t rush through it and gave us the best experience. It felt like I was walking on clouds after. Thank You !!

I have been visiting Happy Feet regularly for the past three months, and until today my experience has always been very good. Unfortunately, today’s visit was quite disappointing due to scheduling issues. My massage started on time but after about 15 minutes, the therapist left, explaining that she had been double booked(I had booked an appointment with her well in advance). I was told another therapist would arrive in 15 minutes. I was then given the option to pay for the full session and come back another day for what was referred to as a “free” session, even though this situation was caused by internal mismanagement and not by me. The next RMT arrived almost one hour after my original appointment start time. At that point, it was too late for me to continue, so I decided to cancel the session. I wanted to share some constructive feedback: 1)Please consider using a proper scheduling system to avoid overbooking RMTs and inconveniencing clients. 2)Referring to a rescheduled session as “free” is misleading. If a client pays but does not receive the service due to mismanagement, the follow-up session is not free. Commute time, cost, and inconvenience should also be considered. 3)The receptionist should clearly explain the client’s requirements to the RMT in advance. Language barriers can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, resulting in the wrong service and overcharging. 4)If clients are charged for overtime, even for 10 minutes, the same respect should be shown for the client’s time, especially when delays/cancellations are not their fault. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’ve otherwise had good experiences here and would like to continue coming back if these issues are addressed.

This review is long overdue! Rose, the owner of Happy Feet Massage, is absolutely incredible so kind, genuine, and truly one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. I initially went in and didn’t have the best experience, and after leaving a review, Rose personally called me the next day to make things right. She invited me back, spent so much time with me, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and comfortable. The massage was amazing — I left feeling relaxed, grounded, and completely back to myself (I could finally move my neck). You can tell Rose puts her heart into her work and truly cares about her clients. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back in the new year. Rose, if I lived closer I would’ve been back already!

I stopped by Happy Feet on Broadway for a foot massage recently. The experience was fine, nothing spectacular, but it got the job done. The staff was polite and the place was clean enough, but it didn't stand out compared to other spots I've been to. Good if you're in the area and need a quick session, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

I took my mom for a foot and back massage on Valentine’s Day because she’s been dealing with severe foot and shoulder pain. It had been a while since we visited this location since it’s not very close to us — but WOW. We will absolutely be making the drive more often. This place truly feels like a hidden healing sanctuary. The owner, Rose, is beautiful inside and out. Her knowledge of the human body is remarkable and beyond her years. After touching my mom’s foot for just a few minutes, she immediately assessed that the pain was connected to her lower back — something we already knew from her previous MRI results, but hadn’t mentioned. We were amazed that she could identify that so quickly just through touch. Rose thoughtfully assigned the perfect therapist (I believe her name was Nena) to work on my mom’s feet and back. She was incredible. Seeing my mom experience days without foot pain after her massage felt like such a gift. I also decided to book a massage for myself and was paired with Linda. I’m usually very particular about massages because I prefer deep, strong pressure and often leave disappointed. Not this time. Linda combined hot stones with deep tissue work in a way that was truly exceptional — the best massage I’ve ever had. Her pressure was consistent from beginning to end, and her understanding of the body — including how she incorporated the hot stones — was deeply impressive. There is something truly special about the way this place is run. You can feel that it’s operated with genuine care for every single person who walks through the door. That level of heart, attentiveness, and integrity is rare these days. I have never experienced a massage spa that combines this level of skill, knowledge, and authentic care. Highly recommend. ❤️
