Insurance & Billing
ICBC offers coverage for acupuncture, RMT Massage and other TCM treatments when recommended by your healthcare provider. We provide direct billing so you have zero out-of-pocket costs. Our friendly staff will handle intake, complete paperwork and keep track of your eligible sessions. There are generally three scenarios for ICBC claims: 1. Early Access period (90 days from accident) for approx. 12 sessions per authorized treatment category. 2. Outside Early Access but with approved sessions, transfer approval by booking an 'ICBC Initial visit'. 3. Active claim number but out of approved treatment, contact us to book an initial assessment and we will evaluate and apply to ICBC for further treatments (free service).
