Larissa has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. She uses orthopaedic assessment, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercise to meet the needs of each unique individual.

Jessica is a graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrated Health Sciences in Nelson. This 3000-hour accredited program developed her knowledge and application of Swedish massage techniques as well as other therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations and muscle energy techniques.

Nicole blends relaxation techniques with therapeutic massage, helping clients relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. She creates a personalized approach to each session, ensuring a holistic balance between therapeutic and relaxing benefits.

Brenley completed the Massage Therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UBC.

Dagne graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program, at the Kootenay Columbia College, in 2023. She incorporates Swedish, myofascial, muscle energy and joint mobilization techniques, providing unique and effective treatments for each individual to facilitate healing and recovery.

Lauren is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College. Her approach is client-centered, tailoring each treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. She blends Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, along with self-care education to empower clients in their recovery. Lauren creates a safe and supportive space to facilitate relaxation and overall wellness.
