I always have an exceptional experience with Nelson (RMT) at Como Lake Chiropractic .He is polite, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. He continuously went out of his way to check in and make sure the pressure was always comfortable, which made the massages both effective and relaxing. His field knowledge & genuine care for his client’s comfort really stood out. Truly a 15/10 experience each time. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience with Nelson, a massage therapist. He has a gentle touch while still providing an effective deep tissue massage that leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. His great sense of humour makes each visit light and enjoyable. You can tell he truly enjoys his work and cares about his clients, even taking the time to teach helpful stretches to do between appointments. His availability is also excellent, making it easy to book when needed. Highly recommend!

I am so incredibly grateful I found Carrie. I originally came to her with a neck and back problem that had caused me unbearable pain and strictly limited my movement. I’ll admit, I was terrified of needles, but Carrie was so patient and understanding. She walked me through the entire process step-by-step, which completely eased my nerves. Beyond the acupuncture itself, her diagnostic skills are amazing, she was able to tell me things about my health I wasn’t expecting just by looking at the palms of my hands and the side of my ears! She also gave me great advice on my diet, explaining exactly what to eat and what to avoid, and it has really helped me a lot. Carrie is a gifted practitioner who looks at the whole picture of your health. I would gladly recommend her to all of my family and friends because I want them to benefit from her incredible expertise just as I have. I have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime so my experience is extensive. Dr. Bahri is personable and knowledgeable. His team is friendly and helpful too. And it makes a world of difference that parking is easy and plentiful. Highly recommend.

On my first visit with Dr.Arvin at Como Lake Chiropractic. He did an extremely thorough assessment and took X-rays to check my spinal alignment and shoulder symmetry, and to make sure there were no fractures or other underlying issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. His treatment approach is top-tier—professional, precise, and effective. I already noticed improvement after my first treatments, especially with my posture-related neck and shoulder pain. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!
