Hayley and the girls are awesome. They go above and beyond for their clients and are so educated in the field of work they do. They have been helping me for almost two years now with chronic pain and a injury I had and still am going through. Never had a problem and always so clean.

I've been seeing Kolby for a bad knot in my shoulder that wouldn't stop returning. Turns out a suggestion about my use of multiple pillows at night stopped the issue from returning and with a few visits my shoulder and back feel like a million bucks now. I like deep pressure for my massage and he is spot on with the perfect amount of pressure in those areas needing it.

Haley was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and checks in on you. The perfect amount of pressure and my back and shoulder are feeling so much better! I really appreciated their covid protocols and especially appreciate the direct billing! Which is surprisingly so hard to find in Kamloops. Will definitely be going back as I trust Haley in taking care of my sore back!

I have a lot of stress and tension that I hold all throughout my back. I went to RMT Kolby. They were absolutely amazing and did work on my knots quite a bit. As expected, I was tender the next couple days but the amount of movement unlocked was noticeable.
