Booked in for RMT treatment. They cancelled my appointment with barely an hours notice. Said they left a voicemail, which I didn’t receive. No follow up phone call or email notification. I drove across town to be greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist, who said my appointment was cancelled and then sent me the cancellation email as I drove out of the parking lot. Will give my business to somewhere more professional

Kerri-Ann has been incredible in helping me recover. The wait is definitely worth it and she puts a lot of care into each patient. She is truly passionate in what she specializes in. The owner and staff are also amazing people and very friendly. Great place all around.

Been going here for years and seeing Kerri-Ann. Yes, her physiotherapy is the absolute best. If I was a horse, they would have put me down years ago. But somehow, she keeps me operational. However, it's more than that. She truly cares. And so she's not just my physiotherapist anymore, but she's also a very good friend. My wife and I feel extremely lucky to have found her.

Absolutely love this place. Kerri-Ann is a miracle worker. I never thought I could feel this good!
