Been coming here for many years since it opened. It’s a very welcoming clinic in Austin Heights. I usually book with Jak or Richelle. Always come out feeling refreshed after an hour of RMT treatment.

I've been coming here for massages for a few years now, and I’ve been consistently impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and care the team provides. The space feels welcoming and inclusive, and Richelle really took the time to understand what I needed. Every session has left me feeling more relaxed, mobile, and supported. I’m hoping to try their physiotherapy services in the near future. It’s clear they’ve built a team that prioritizes both expertise and genuine care. I found Capria Care when I started experiencing significant pain during pregnancy and I wanted an RMT clinic that specialized in prenatal massage. I saw Richelle for most prenatal appointments and in a season where I felt very vulnerable and uncomfortable, she provided a safe, welcoming and respectful environment. I felt like my pain and many physical complaints were understood and the massages always targeted exactly what I needed. I also saw Genelle for one appointment who provided the same great care. Both of them made me feel so comfortable and I am now returning to Richelle for postpartum massage. Capria has been excellent - from the treatment providers to the administrative team - I am so happy to have found them and I would recommend to anyone looking for care in pregnancy or postpartum!

I’ve been going to Capria since early 2023. I’ve seen many of their practitioners, and every single one was attentive, kind, and really cared about my symptoms & history. I’ve had pregnancy massages, postpartum massages, and more recently have been doing physiotherapy with Vika. I’ve always left my sessions feeling so much better and have a clear plan on what to do next to improve my condition. Especially being a new mom- I feel so validated in my symptoms, and at one point Vika actually identified & treated an issue that I didn’t even realize was a postpartum side effect! Richelle truly cares about her patients, her clinic, and staff. I’ve watched as the clinic has grown the last few years, but one thing that has stayed the same is Richelle’s commitment to providing the best care to her patients and best morale for staff. I highly, highly recommend coming to Capria if you’re looking for a team that works together to try and treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Lauren! She is amazing. Had my first postnatal massage with her. She handled me (and my baby - not treatment but just accommodating her needs) exceptionally. So friendly in-person but so thorough and accurate in therapeutic treatment. Her pressure and precision was awesome. Thank you ! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
