I'm always slightly apprehensive about chiropractors but Laura came highly recommended and she definitely lived up to it. She's released serious tension in my back and neck that was limiting my mobility and strength. Would recommend to anyone living in pain or with mobility issues.

I was referred to Laura at Bluebird by a friend from the gym several years ago when I had some acute shoulder pain and Laura set me on a healing pathway and less pain right from the first appointment and adjustment. She listened attentively and asked helpful questions so she could understand and address the root cause. I also loved that she works regularly with hard core athletes taking risks and pushing themselves and she gave me a recovery plan that was feasible for my personality, goals and life context. When my teen had acute back pain a few weeks ago, I called Laura and she got us in on the same day for immediate reassurance and pain relief. I am so grateful for having this kind and talented chiro in our community. Great central location too on bike routes and plenty of nearby parking available (and an after-appointment donut across the street!)
