Insurance & Billing

Clinic is cashless. Clinic will validate parking up to a maximum of 90 minutes. Pay by scanning QR code at parking lot or clinic. Do not pay using the pay station as reimbursement is not possible. For ICBC, patients may co-pay the difference if extended health benefits do not cover the full amount. For WSIB/WCB, direct billing is provided, including forms, reports, and extensions. For OHIP, a referral from a doctor or nurse practitioner is required for each episode of care. Blue Cross billing available for RCMP, DND, Canadian Forces, and Veterans Affairs.

New Patients

Initial assessment includes medical history, physical exam, discussion of findings, diagnosis, and treatment options. First visit typically lasts 30-45 minutes, subsequent visits 10-15 minutes for chiropractic. For physiotherapy, initial appointment involves questions, physical examination, discussion of findings, cause of problem, and suggested solution.
