Aster Wellness Centre was opened in 2017 by married couple James Alexander and Lynn Windels to bring wellness services to Port Coquitlam. The centre was born out of a natural collaboration and progression in their pursuit of happiness, fulfillment, and a life of authenticity for themselves and their clients.
