My husband has been seeing Eva since 2024. We both have seen significant improvement in his challenges after a craniotomy. They show patience, and encouragement at every level of your accomplishment. We started working with Stephanie & Prashanti end of January this year 2025. My husband suffered a stroke, in November of 2023. Left side of his body was paralyzed. He was in a wheelchair during our first few visits, to a 4 wheel walker and now a quad cane. The transformation was magical. Stephanie & Prashanti are truly amazing, and does excellent job not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. They listen and worked towards our goal to achieved it. We always learn new things and can feel huge difference in his walking & body after each visit. Always happy as we walked out the door. Activate have the best PT's. If you go to Activate, it's a guaranteed 100% you will recover. With my husband's journey to recovery, have been to different PT's they are nothing but a waste of time. The physiotherapists at Activate are the BEST! I had an ischemic stroke in Dec 2023. I have been getting therapy from Prashanthi for over a year. I am traveling 2 hrs each way to go there. Honestly it is well worth it. Sometimes I also see Eva or Stephanie as they work as a team. They are all wonderful!!! I trust them and they have the knowledge to treat neuro disabilities. I have improved alot from entering their place with a wheelchair, then quad cane and now the activator pole. I look forward every week to see them. I have high spasticity and it is very challenging. Im so happy they have accepted me as a patient and i highly recommend them!!

After suffering a stroke last September, we were told my 78 year old aunt might never walk again. She remained bed bound for more than a month, and it was hard to imagine her regaining any real independence. Over the past few months, working with Sophia, her recovery has been incredible. Not only is she walking again, her mobility is actually better than it was before the stroke. I am deeply grateful to Sophia and the entire team for their care, skill, and encouragement. Their work has truly changed my aunt’s life. I honestly believe they have added years to her life and greatly improved the quality of those years.

Last year, the neurologist suggested a physiotherapy program for my husband who has Parkinson’s (PD), in order to help him maintain his mobility for as long as possible. She recommended Activate Neurological Physiotherapy. Our physiotherapist Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about PD. Each session starts with her listening to Dan about his needs that day and then proceeding to support those needs while at the same time encouraging and gently pushing him to participate in rehabilitation exercises. After a session, she has emailed suggestions/ tips that support both Dan and myself as his caregiver. We can’t say thank you enough for all that Steph has done. Beyond her skill and experience she is a very kind and caring person. We highly recommend her.
