He not only helped relieve the pain but also sent me home with instructions on at home exercises that can help strengthen my lower back. Ace Wellness is fantastic! Their gym area is the best I’ve seen—two floors with top-notch equipment and they also provide Pilates classes. The front desk staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. I saw Jae Lee, a highly reputable registered massage therapist, for lingering neck and shoulder pain. His treatment was exceptional, and he explained my injury in detail, which really helped for me to understand and what to do and avoid to prevent it from happening again in the future. I highly recommend Ace Wellness for any exercise, injury, and rehab needs
