I’ve been so happy with my experience at 19 Steps! The other reviews were right—Trudy is incredibly kind and makes the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and the clinic is spotlessly clean. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just one laser treatment. This place is truly a hidden gem and I highly recommend!

Since using the Noon Aesthetics anti-aging skin care products and having a proper facial by Trudy, I have gotten many compliments on my skin. Specifically, others have noticed a difference in my skin tone with improved vibrancy. I personally feel areas on my face where I had extremely dry patches due to perimenopause are now more hydrated and healthier looking.
